I was born in Brunswick west, Victoria and grew up in the western suburbs of Melbourne. I have always been fascinated with the art world and in particular painting and drawing on different surfaces.
I completed various certificates and degrees in visual arts between the years of 1988 - 1992.
I studied at The Ballarat University in Ballarat betwween 1990 - 1992, in which I completed a bachelor of visual arts. I found the country to be a positive influence on me, so much that I have returned with my husband and baby girl to live in a small country town.
I find people fascinating especially women and there beauty and have had extremely strong influences from people around me past and present.

I have always found the human body brilliant in all its shape and form and appreciate line, texture, mood, colour, light that an artist can express so beautifully in any medium.
